Masters Home Improvement stores are a bit of a mix between a B&Q of UK, and Lowes of the USA. The claim is
1 Better service, from qualified, prompt, sales staff.
2 A broader range of quality products, with many imported, exclusive lines.
3 Better credit, the first 60 days interest free, via American Express, so avoid hefty late fees.
4 Next day delivery, free for items over $50.
5 Fiercely, competitive prices.
6 Fast self service, checkout for both Tradesmen and the public.
7 Discount for volume sales, an monthly discounts for Trades people.
8 Free Kitchen Profiles magazine.
Given my recent visit to the Masters store, I note: the terrific Masters displays in Lighting, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Storage, Windows, Tools, Outdoor Living and Home wares. Masters has a broader range of higher quality products than Bunnings. The Customer Service was very good, too.
In many areas, I noted the sharp prices were great for Mulch, fertilizer, Ladders, Wheelbarrows, herbs, flowering plants, washers, Dryers, Ovens, Hotplates, fridges, baths, windows, BBQs, plumbing fittings, Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Homebodies, will enjoy the Homewares, Lighting, Storage, Cleaning and Decorating areas, with their wide range of quality products at great value, too.
