Crack down on investment Superannuation tax breaks

Apparently, the” Henry tax “review is expected to reduce the tax breaks on Superannuation . Wonder how popular this will be?
My take, is, if this occurs , one can expect a return of substantial investment flows into investment propertymarket. : But lets wait for the detail to be released.
Readers, will be acutely aware, that I claim there is a major shortfall in new building, given Australia’s fast growing population.

Choose window treatments carefully. The range extends from double glazing costing say, $25,000 a house, to cover windows costing $6,000, or a plastic film covering costing around $350. The plastic film is a relatively new treatment from MMM. The benefits in insulation and noise reduction are commensurate to the price you pay. Cover windows for living rooms and noisy areas. Use plastic film treatment for bedrooms.
