Environmental interest free loans, help design your project.

Hi Readers, Many of us are aware of the Australian  governments  scheme to inprove the environmental efficiency of your home. Of the close to 60,000 applications, apparently about only 58 have been successful.  One does, of course, get the imput of an Envoironmental Efficiency Assessor, perhaps this could be handy. One can ring ANY of the major electricity retailers and get this assessment for free. I like FREE STUFF. Government has completed the free stuff , now costs around $250.
Have booked up my Assessor for next week!!

Property Research Ideas

Hi Readers, Enclose one of my favourite research ideas. I have recently, written to many local Australian  councils. Enquiring about their future growth plans . They are sending me excellent data and detailed plans for the development future of their suburbs. And its all for FREE. This is a very much preferred research tool, for all property owners. After all you have paid for all this work through your council rates. So that makes it not really FREE?  Well yes, put it this way no extra expense for these excellent FREE reports.
Receieved reports from Whitehorse and Melbourne ,  all very good stuff quite optimistic. Governments at the State, level can also provide, just heaps and heaps of FREE stuff.

SOLAR SHINGLE Dow Chemical has developed a solar panel incorporated into a shingle , should make solar panels at 20% cheaper and much easier to install.

SOLAR PANELS A recent breakthrough , should cut the cost by 70% , not yet commercial , but due now within 3 years.!!! WOW Check out SUNTECH power systems and GOOGLE, for latest solar panels breakthroughs.
www.inflector.com.au for latest window treatment, a mirror finish reflect heat in summer, retains heat in the winter. Have booked up appointment for quote from inflector. Currently they appear to have all the advantages of double glazing and blinds :for a fraction of the expenese. All the benefits at low cost . I like that!!!
SOLAR PANELS  Apparently , there are at least three levels of quality German made, Japanese brands and Chinese quality . Perhaps the most popular are the Japanese  brands of Sharp and
Sanyo.

AUSTRALIA Population update effect on houses?

I, Can advise latest reports from the government are that Australia is increasing immigration yet again , to 440,000 from prior level of 350,000. Australia is arguably the fastest growing developed country.  Melbourne, in particular is benefiting from interstate migration.  Melbourne must be growing at close to 100,000 a year. No wonder property  prices are high and rising!!!
It’s Australia’s second city, by my estimate it will grow bigger than Sydney within eight years. Currently ranked forth amongst world’s most liveable cities.!!!
