Environmental interest free loans, help design your project.

Hi Readers, Many of us are aware of the Australian  governments  scheme to inprove the environmental efficiency of your home. Of the close to 60,000 applications, apparently about only 58 have been successful.  One does, of course, get the imput of an Envoironmental Efficiency Assessor, perhaps this could be handy. One can ring ANY of the major electricity retailers and get this assessment for free. I like FREE STUFF. Government has completed the free stuff , now costs around $250.
