Hi Readers, Enclose one of my favourite research ideas. I have recently, written to many local Australian  councils. Enquiring about their future growth plans. They are sending me excellent data and detailed plans for the development future of their suburbs. And its all for FREE. This is a very much preferred research tool, for all property owners. After all you have paid for all this work through your council rates. So that makes it not really FREE?  Well yes, put it this way no extra expense for these excellent FREE reports.
Receieved reports from Whitehorse and Melbourne ,  all very good stuff quite optimistic. Governments at the State, level can also provide, just heaps and heaps of FREE stuff.
