1   Buy your decks/ pergola, as a kit from the big box hardware store, or at buy discount direct over the internet, as a bolt  together kit.

2    Same for Kitchens and Bathrooms, there are direct internet sites with big discounts of up to 50%, more  easy ideas, in the ebook.
3   D.IY. gardening, landscaping, painting, outdoor lights.
4   If  its  too much work, arrange a BBQ  work  day. There’s always an easy way.
5   Buy materials and accessories from Discount Factory Outlets, garage sales, auction clearance houses, even Sunday markets.
6    Buy “stick on ” look-a-like” leadlighting  film for your front picture window or door, its heaps cheaper than “real leadlighting”, which is often a unique art item.

7   Buy your accessories, fabrics, curtains, rugs,blinds, bedspreads from Spotlight stores :  make them up to fit your rooms or buy ready made, if they will fit.
8   Buy direct, from India and China. Check out the deals on the internet, or ask me for a direct buyers agents, see my  ebook. India will save you heaps on marble benches.
9   Ask your KEY trades person, for other accountable tradespersons, given they often work as a networking group. Here, I am suggesting you don’t  try to become an expert in all the trades, that is what the tradespersons do!!!.
