When is a good time for investment home renovating?

Here I am suggesting renovating, just as soon as you can.  I have excellent friends, called Dilly and Dally, they can’t be  home renovating,  its “just not a good time”.
1 They can’ t be renovating NOW, as they are just getting married.
2 They can’t be  renovating NOW, as they are having a baby.

3 They can’t be renovating NOW, as the children are going to private school.
4 They can’t be renovating NOW, as they are middle aged and both busy at work .
5 They can’t be renovating NOW, as they kids are at university.
6 They can’t be renovating NOW ,as they haven’t got the money.

6 They cant be renovating NOW, as they are retired. While, they have  the money, they are just too tired.
Its just not a good time!!!

When is it ever a good time? NOW!!!
