Melbourne is a much, underestimated city. Latest projections for population growth are terrific. Melbourne to add a million residents within 9 years. This is a recent dramatic up grade.!!!
Today, Mark Westfield makes a good point, that interest rates are quite likely, to fall again. Why ? Because the economic data is being interpreted as favourable, when it is still very unclear, if the economy is still contracting.
