I like to Introduce life, into the home. I call it “Adding Vitality to the Living Areas.”
Below I note several Easy areas to renovate.
1 Install a feature window into the living area.
2 Establish open plan living, by removing hallways or removing the wall joining the kitchen.
3 Building skylights to allow light to flood into the home living areas.
4 Remove dark wall paper or brick walls, by painting in a lighter colour.
5 Replacing light fittings with updated ones suitable for the home.
6 Remove old carpet, polish the flooors or install floating floors.
7 Remove dark curtains, replace with Roman blinds.
8 Remove excess home walls into adjoining rooms, where possible.
9 Install sliding windows leading to the garden or deck , essentialy the outdoor room.
10 In order to,” enlarge ” the perspective of a room, First paint any dark trim a white shade.

They also took the air conditioner and the fixings.

I left my home in the care of realtors, spent all i had ,to be able to get it livable. It need finishing badly. I have fallen2 times, in bath room. I have lupus, basement unfinished, I am trying to seve it. aaolder now it so hard , sometime just getting up. wiring , it can be saved. I am legally seperated. every thing on me. painting, doors, needed a church help some last year, fence . I have pictures. what easy steps, and earnest people can i trust,? after i could nt pay a lawyer. the Judge ruled in there favor. That clarksville tn, for you.Military get a not so good deals.

Hi Joyce , Point is in USA one can walk away from a home loan deal if one loses the home, Here in Australia , one is still liable for the debt. Easy home renovating is not so easy.All I can provide is FREE ideas. Some one can implement, some one cannot. In Our country there is a shortage of homes, as we have big immigration and a growing economy. USA taxes are different from Australia, your Income taxes are much lower, but your property taxes can be higher. Point I can offer is “get help” if you find problems., ” Ask and it shall be delivered unto you” , as they say in my religion . Working with team of pals and your friends will share the burdens. Its the journey of life, not any particular point or destination.
