Hi Readers, I am suggesting that close on A million investors have fled the share market, and are buying, preparing to buy or currently re – investing in their own property dream.

1 Because they have found the sharemarket too rocky .
2 Because they know their home is a haven worthy of their investment
3 Because they see current interest rates as low and anticipate now would be a suitable time to gear into property.
4 After investigating the advantages of property, many people are realising it can be a cash flow positive investment area.
5 Latest figures, show the housing market has vastly out performed the sharemarket in the last ten years.

    Tim,

    Are you seriously telling me proprty is a better investment when it costs 6 times the median wage to buy the median house? Next you will tell me that house prices double every 10 years and that we have a shortage of properties?

    Hi Anarchy , Please consider that in Sydney , economists are arguing that homes are 11 times the average wage. Homes prices are still rising . WHY???
    well people arent average . In recent years the family wage is spread accross two or more persons , plus several forms of income . I argue families have found new ways to increase their income, economists are out of date. Keep reading and learning more!!1
