Great to get some favourable feedback. I am writing as practice for my future books . As an housing economist researcher of many years, I hope my posts give you and others some useful insights. In my country Australia , there is a major housing property boom. Yet many people don t understand or agree with this housing boom. I try and offer some insights. The opportunity here in Australia , is terrific with Australia as one of the few developed countries to continue to have growth and a bright future. Australia has a massive immigration programme and people from the world are bringing new ideas to and design their own future.’

Completely, agree such a straight forward, makeover, add a “Fire pit”. I find the outdoor room is a great way to add more living areas, features like a fire,BBQ, lights, waterfall pool, TV are all great ways to add amenity to the outdoors room.

Thank you for this informative blog…for posting such great information. I personally just made over my backyard. It was easy. Just replaced our old patio fire pit and voila! Looks amazing.

Every one needs a large comfy, outdoor chair like an Oak chair. I manage with stuff from the bulk stores, but for a more personal piece one could contemplate, a specialist piece of furniture, as a, special feature.

Good Point Michelle,

I h ave the web designer working on this. Given him a heap of specially selected photos.
He seems to work at own, pace in the Philippines , think he is a high school student.
Site is always under improvement . Have been suggested “write some real life stories” and Anecdotes.
